Breezfy 1-Year Limited Warranty Policy

Breezfy ("The Company") warrants the original purchaser that the Breezfy phone case ("The Product") will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and is only applicable to products purchased from Breezfy and authorized Breezfy dealers.

1. Coverage

This limited warranty covers the following:

  1. Defects in materials used to manufacture your Breezfy phone case.
  2. Defects in the workmanship of the Breezfy phone case.
  3. Breakage or damage under normal use.

2. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  1. Damages resulting from misuse, abuse or accidents.
  2. Damages resulting from exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, and other harmful substances.
  3. Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, and cosmetic damages.
  4. Unauthorized repairs and alterations.
  5. Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or websites.

3. Claims Process

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at breezfy@senatc.com with a detailed description of the issue, and include images or videos showcasing the defect.
  2. Provide a copy of the original purchase receipt as proof of purchase from Breezfy or an authorized Breezfy dealer.
  3. Our team will evaluate your claim and, if approved, guide you through the process to return the defective product.
  4. Once the defective product is received and inspected, we will either repair or replace it at our discretion.

4. Limited Liability

The Company's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the product.
